Kerry Smith is a successful full-time realtor and broker. With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Kerry desired to create a brokerage that not only focused on providing excellent service to its clients, but also to its agents.
His real estate experience includes renting, buying, and selling personal and commercial properties. Kerry has also assisted gym owners secure new locations for their businesses. His personal and business real estate experience spans across the state of Florida from Clearwater to the local area of Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.
Previously, Kerry has spent time working for both a national, “big box” brokerage firm and a locally-owned firm. This experience motivated him to think outside the box. He took what he learned from those organizations to design a different real estate platform, specifically tailored to agents. Kerry recognized that by creating a brokerage with the agents in mind, the opportunities for impeccable customer service, strong client relationships, and excellent service would be endless. Rather than focusing on the company’s business goals, the flexibility and sense of personal ownership would encourage the agents to focus more on meeting the clients’ goals and needs.
Through his partnership with two very successful individuals, one a real estate agent and the other a businessman, Kerry was driven to make The Realty Box a reality. Other, more “traditional” brokerages, often base their decisions and processes on what benefits the overall company best, while The Realty Box focuses on putting the agents first in order to achieve its goals.
