As a Santa Rosa County native, Diana Grimes grew up in Milton, but now resides in Navarre. Even as a longtime resident, she still considers the Emerald Coast her own little slice of paradise.

Married for more than two decades, Diana and her husband established a construction business in 2004. Her husband serves as the general contractor, specializing in building custom homes and upscale remodeling, while Diana works closely with the clients and guides them through the real estate process.

Diana is well-versed in the real estate industry, and she understands the complexities that homeowners go through whether they are looking to buy or sell a home. She has extensive knowledge and experience helping homeowners build their dream homes, while also helping them navigate county inspections, builder contracts, and new construction projects, as well as upgrading and remodeling homes prior to selling.

Diana and her husband have three active and athletic boys that love to play baseball. The family enjoys spending time at the beach, outdoors, traveling, and boating.
